Products

The company produces a range of beers, including Domaine DuPage, a 5.9% abv Bière de Garde style beer, named after DuPage County; Prairie Path Ale, an American blonde ale named after the Illinois Prairie Path; The Bitter End an American pale ale; and Ebel's Weiss a hefeweizen which established the company's reputation.

They also have four seasonally produced beers: Monarch Wit beer for the brewery's March anniversary; Dog Days Dortmunder Export lager in the summer; Heavy Handed IPA in the Fall; and Northwind Imperial stout for the winter. The Northwind Imperial stout was known as Iditarod prior to threats of legal action by the Iditarod race organizers.

They have also been producing a line of artisan beers. The first was Bare Tree Weiss Wine, a strong wheat ale. Other offerings have included Hop Juice Double IPA, Incinerator Blonde Dopplebock, Cane and Ebel Rye beer, and Philosopher's Stone Black Saison.

In 2010, they released Oktoberfest beer "Atom Smasher", named after the largest particle accelerator laboratory in US Fermilab, right next to their brewery.
